该建筑层高为地上八层,地下一层,,建筑总高度为31.80米,总建筑面积8563平方米,要求设计的给排水系统为:室内给水系统,室内排水系统,室内热水系统,消火栓给水系统和自动喷淋灭火系统共五个系统。
1、生活冷水给水系统
采用高、低分区,低区由市政管网直接供水,高区由水箱—水泵联合供水。
2、排水系统
根据楼内结构要求,2-6层均在管道井内设排水立管,为多立管排水系统。在首层吊顶内设横干管至地面下排出,整个系统采用汇合通气管伸顶通气,公共卫生间的排水设单立管排出,通气系统采用普通伸顶通气管通气。
3、热水供应系统
利用蒸汽为热媒,在地下一层设半即热式汽—水交换器、热水补水泵及热水循环泵。
4、消火栓给水系统
各层消火栓均靠立柱并设在走廊内,由水泵加压供水,报警阀设在地下一层的泵房内,屋顶设水箱及气压罐。
5、自动喷淋灭火系统
除公共卫生间和地下一层之外均设自动喷淋灭火系统。
