【摘要】利用病历复印申请登记本，对我院2013年1月~12月7 920份病历复印情况进行统计分析，了解我院病历复印的原因与目的，从而进一步加强病历质量的监管，加强病案归档管理，严把病历复印审核，规范病历复印流程，为患者及社会提供更优质的医疗服务。
