In your opinion, what is a career plan?
I think a career plan is like a road map which shows the goals and directions of a person's career. It should involve your career goals and your plans to achieve them.

Without good plans, it will be difficult to find a job that you'll enjoy doing.
(2) Why did John find a job writing about basketball for a local newspaper?
Because he wanted to match his interest to his talent when making a career choice.

People who have already worked in this field.

Connie successfully designed the costumes for school plays at the school Art Festival, which inspired Connie to pursue fashion design as her career goal.
(2) What qualities should a fashion designer have? Why should a career plan include them?
A qualified fashion designer must have a good sense of colour and proportion, be familiar with various fabrics, be able to recognize styles and trends and be creative. By listing these qualities or requirements, the career plan sounds more objective and convincing.
(3) How did Connie conclude her career plan?
Connie concluded her career plan with her ambition in her chosen field, which sounds natural. Meanwhile, she mentioned her career goal again to echo with the first paragraph.

一般而言,求职信是求职者按照招聘方的要求,进行自我介绍、展示自己的能力并表达自己的求职意向的一种应用文。求职信通常包含以下三部分内容:第一部分,说明求职信息的来源和要申请的职位;第二部分,阐述申请该职位的原因,陈述个人的经历及技能,简要说明自己能胜任该职位的理由;第三部分,感谢对方阅读自己的求职信,并表明自己希望能尽快得到对方的回复。
在写求职信时,应重点阐述自己所具备的知识、经验、专业技能等,此外还应强调自己曾取得的成绩,以突出自己的优势,提高竞争力;字里行间要体现出自信,态度要诚恳,语言要简洁;求职信通常以第一人称来写,时态以一般现在时为主。
