严格按照防爆技术规范和设计要求进行施工是本项目电气专业旅工质量控制的

14.3.1 电缆桥架安装
cable laddertray installation
14.3.1.1 水平安装的电线桥架平均每隔 3 米设一个支撑,垂直安装的电费桥架平
均每隔2 米设一个支撑。所有电绩桥架的标高均指其底部标高。
Tnstall a support every 3 meters on the horizontal cable laddertray and every 2 meters
for vertical cable ladderlcable AIL the elevation of the cable laddertray means the
bottom elevation。
14.3.1.2 根据设计要求确定电缆桥架的安装位置和走向,先进行定位放线,并标
出明显的位置。
Confirm the installation location and direetion ofthe cable laddertray first draw line,
mark the installation indication,
14.3.1.3 支架型钢应平直,无扭曲变形,香接牢固,防腐完好。
The supporting structure shall be straight no deformace, securely welded, with good
corrosive protection
14.3.1.4 电缆桥架应平直内部无毛刺,连接紧固。
All the cable tray shall be straight without blurrs inside the cable, and connected to
each other tightly
14.3.1.5 在电缆桥架安装完毕后, 按照设计要求每隔 20 米通过 16mm2 铜导线接
入接地网。
Connected to cable tray into the earthing net every 20m through one 106m2 copper
wire
14.3.1.6 电缆桥架内接地线应平救于线档一侧,使用螺丝应不小于 M8,并加双
平热、弹垫、螺母-

14.3.1.7 电线桥架安装应横平坚直,全长偏差不大于 smm。

14.3.1.8 电缆桥架在防爆区与非防爆区隔离处或在进出厂房的墙体处,在电缆数
设完毕后按照设计要求使用硅胶体进行密封-
When the cable tay pass through the isolation point between Ex and None-ex area
or on aceess wall ofthe plant after the calbe pulling work is complete seal the whole
sing silicon material
14.3.2 电缆管安装
cable conduit installation
14.3.2.1 由于是在防爆区,因此电缆管的安装首先要考虑的因素之一是电缆管之
间及电缆管与接线箱、穿线盒、电缆桥架之问的连接应保持良好的电气连续性并
进行接地,此外,电缆管在与接线箱连接时,必须安装防爆密封接头电费管与
电线桥架连处在电缆数设完备后,应使用防爆密封材料进行密封。
When working on the Ex arca,the first that contractor shall considered is the
connection between couduits and connection between conduit with junetion box, pull
box,The connection between those part shall be kept a contiunous eleetricity
Secondly when the cable comnected to the pull box, ex-proof type connector shall be
installed。 Using ex-proof materal to seal the conection point where cable connected
with conduitafter the cable pulling work is completed
14.3.2.2 电线管与现场电气设备之间的连接使用防爆电气金属软管进行连接-
Using ex-proof flexible metal hose fot the connection between the cable conduit and
site electrical equipment
14.3.2.3 水平数设的电线管支架间距不宜大于 2 米,拐弯处应在管两端 300 毫米
处安装支架,并用“U”型管卡子固定。
The space between the adjacent support on horizontal conduit shall be less than 2m
and install support 300mm to the centerline on borh side ofthe bending area and fixed
with U pe clamps
14.3.2.4 当电缆管的长度超过 30 米或单根电缆管的直角弯超过 2 个时, 中间应加
装防爆穿线盒。
Add ex-proof pull box when the conduit is over 30m or there are more than 2 angle
bends
14.3.2.5 电缆管这曲角度不应小于 90 度; 订曲半径不应小于管子外径的6倍。
The bending angle of the conduit shall be at least 90 degree, The bending radiu shall
beatleast 6times of the conduit outside size,
14.3.2.6 电缆保护管在电线桥架上的开孔位置应在桥架高度的 23 以上,且必须
使用专用的开孔器在电缆桥架上开孔-
The hole for cable conduit shall be open at the place which is at least 213 of the hight
ofthe cable tray and the holes must be done by specified tool
14.3.3 电缆数设

14.3.3.1 电缆数设前应对电缆外观、规格、型号、电压等级进行核实, 并用 1000V
扬表。电缆的芯线之问、芯线对屏蔽层之间的绝缘测量,并做好测试记录,电缆
绝缘检测合格后方可数设。
Check the appearanee, size, type, voltage of the cable by 1000v meggar before cable
pulling. Test the isolation among the cable cores, and isolation between cores with the
Sheild, make and keep testing report Only after the aceeptance of the isolation test
can the work started
14.3.3.2 电缆敷设前应编制电缆敷设表,并根据现场电缆的分布情况确定电缆的
数设顺序,
Prepare cable list before cable pulling, and decide the pulling sequenees as per site
conditions
14.3.3.3 电缆数设应依次由用电设备端由远到近向配电室数设-
The pulling sequences shall be: from the far end of the electrical equipment to the
cable near MCC,
14.3.3.4 电缆的首末两端都应分别有标识,电缆弯曲半径不小于其外径的 10 倍。
Put identification labels on both sides of the cable, the bending radius of the cable
shall be at least 10 times ofthe outside size ofthe cable
14.3.3.5 电缆敷设时严禁交叉、排列整齐严格按规范要求数设。控制电缆不得与
动力电线同穿一根电线保护管。
