He is well qualified for the job /He is the most suitable person for the job. I think he is the very person you are looking for. 2. 经验丰富 He once participated in many events as a volunteer, so he is experienced in doing volunteer work. Having worked as a volunteer in many events before, he is quite familiar with voluntary work. I have come first in several English debating contests, so.I have accumulated rich experience. I am easy to get along with, which can surely help me do the job well.
I am a socially active student and skilled at both oral and written English. Therefore, I hold the belief that I'm equal to the position. My strength lies in the fact that I have gained experience as monitor and that I am warm-hearted and good at organizing activities I get involved in some speech contests and the English corner actively, which enables me to have a good command of English.
