Why many people think physical exercise is very important? from my perspective,physical exercise is important for both the body and the mind.it has great benefit on our health .it can not only strengthen our hearts ours muscles,but also power up our brains.in today's society,people's stress is increasingly heavy.doing some exercise can help us take a break and release our stress. Which is better: teacher-centered instruction or student-centered instruction, why? from my perspective,student-centered instruction is better.it can give students more motivation and more chances to express their ideas.so our expression skills can be improved.it can also improve our creativity which Chinese students don’t have. Why so many people from China pursue study in U.S.A.? from my perspective,it’s a trend in today’s society.more and more companys give priority to students who studied in usa.many people think that studying in usa is a sign of succeed.also with the development of economy,more and more parents can afford it and they persuade their children to go to usa for further study. How to prepare for earthquakes? from my perspective,on one hand，it’s necessary for us to improve building structures.most of the people who died in earthquakes are killed by falling buildings.on the other hand，every family needs to have earthquake emergency plans.having a right way to leave the area can save our lives.
