承租人付给出租人的全部租金分两次支付，每一次于货到目的港日算起______个月后支付；第二次于货到目的港日算起______个月后支付。全部租金以美元支付，电汇出租人______银行或出租人临时指定的银行。交货后，无论承租人是否使用了商品，包括因不可抗力事故，均须按上述条件向出租人支付租金。
7.所有权：
在出租人把合同商品转让给承租人以前，其所有权属于出租人。
8.处理：
本租赁协议期满时，只要承租人付清全部租金，便有权以每太______美元购买合同商品。承租人付清贷款，货物便归承租人所有。
9.仲裁：
有关本协议的一切争议应友好协商解决。双方约定，若达不成协议，争议案则提交仲裁。若出租人是原告，仲裁在中国进行；若承租人是原告，仲裁在______进行。仲裁的裁决是终局，对双方均具有约束力。

The total rent shall be paid in two installments,of which,one shall be paid by the Leasor to the Leasor after six months from the date lf the arrival of the commodity at the port of destination,and the other shall be paid by the Leasee to the leasor after be paid by the Leasee to the lessor after twelve monthsfrom the date of the commodity arriving at the port of destination.Each payment is to be made in US dollar by T/T to Leasor may designate.After the commodity is delivered the Leasee shall pay the Leasor the full amornt of rent in accordance with the aforesaid terms and conditions,no matter whether or not the Leasee actually uses the commodity for any reason including force majeure accidents.
7.Ownership:

8.Disposal:
Upon the expiration of the lease agreement,provided that there is no defarlt on the Leasee's sede,the Leasee shall be entitled to purchase the commodity from the Leasor at US________each.When the Leasee has paid the price thereof,the commodity shall belong to the Leasee.
9.Arbitration:
