企业执行力的提升途径初探
摘要:文章分析了我国企业执行力不足的表现及影响,并对企业执行力不足的原因进行了探讨,最后提出了有关建议与对策。文章指出改造执行流程,建立良好的管理制度及团队,明确管理层的责权利,以调动员工的积极性从而提高企业的执行力,进而构建企业的执行文化,是使企业走向发展壮大的重要手段。
