民营企业论文:借鉴国外经验 加台我国民营企业文化建设的对策
【中文摘要】改革开放以来,特别是1992年邓小平南巡以后,我国民营经济开始了突飞猛进的发展,在我国经济体系中的地位由“公有制经济的有益补充”上升为“国民经济的重要组成部分”,在我国的经济地位越来越重要。伴随着民营企业的高速发展,民营企业也暴露出很多问题,如劳资矛盾日益尖锐,企业内部管理水平低,违法经营、坑害消费者的现象屡禁不止,企业对环境造成的破坏加大等。这些问题的出现不仅阻碍了民营企业的进一步发展壮大,同时也为国民经济的发展、为社会的稳定带来危害。造成这些问题的一个很重要的原因就是目前我国民营企业界对于民营企业文化存在缺失问题,对民营企业文化缺乏认识和正确理解,所以在企业文化的建设过程中出现了种种问题。在这种背景下民营企业要想从激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出,就必须重视企业文化建设,建立先进的管理体系,才能使企业不断发展壮大。本文从我国民营企业的定义、特点、发展历程入手,总结我国民营企业文化的特点、研究现状、存在问题、现实表现以及原因分析,然后通过介绍美国和日本企业文化的概况,分析其值得我国民营企业建设企业文化时可以借鉴的优点,在这个基础上提出我国民营企业建设企业文化的建议。本文分为五个部分。第一部分,主要概述了企业文化的概念和范围、、现状、、意义、研究思路和理论创新点。第二部分,主要介绍了对我国民营企业的概念、分类、发展历程、特点以及从企业内部文化和外部环境两个角度总结出我国民营企业文化的特点。第三部分,指出目前我国民营企业发展过程中存在的重要问题是企业文化缺失问题,并总结了造成这一问题的原因,以及负面影响。第四部分,介绍了以美国和日本为代表的发达国家企业文化的情况和特点,在此基础上简要总结了美国日本企业文化对我国民营企业文化建设的启示。第五部分,针对前文所提到的造成企业文化缺失的原因,提出相应的措施,使民营企业能够持续、健康地发展。本文在现有的企业内部文化和外部环境的研究基础上对二者的关系进行阐述,分析目前我国民营企业在内部文化和外部环境建设问题上存在的问题和外在表现,在借鉴以美国和日本为代表的先进国家企业文化的前提下对我国民营企业如何立足实际开展企业内部文化和外部环境建设,使二者形成一个相互促进的良性循环,从而使民营企业能够持续、健康地发展。
【英文摘要】Since the reform and opening up, especially in 1992 deng xiaoping NaXun later, Chinese private economy started by leaps and bounds development in China’s economic system, the status of the non-public sector of the economy by “a beneficial supplement” rise as “an important part of the national economy”, in our economic status more and more important. Along with the rapid development of private enterprises, the private enterprise also exposed many problems, such as labor conflicts increasingly sharp, the enterprise internal management level is low, the illegal business, entrap consumer phenomenon long-standing, enterprise of environmental damage increase, etc. These problems have not only stunts the further development of private enterprises, but also for the growing national economic development, bring harm to social stability. These problems caused by a very important reason is currently in private enterprises for private enterprise culture exists absence of private enterprise culture, the lack of understanding and correct understanding, so in the construction of enterprise culture process appeared a variety of problems. In this context the private enterprises want to from the fierce competition, we should attach importance to the enterprise culture construction, establishes the advanced management system, can make the enterprise develop. Based on our private enterprise’s definition, characteristics, development of China’s private enterprise culture, summarizes the characteristics, research status, problems and realistic manifestation and reason analysis, and then through the introduction of the United States and the Japanese enterprise culture in China and analyzes its worth building of enterprise culture of private enterprises can reference advantages, on this basis, puts forward the construction of enterprise culture and private enterprise suggestion.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part, mainly summarized the concept of enterprise culture and the scope, the research background, present situation and the purpose, significance, thoughts and theoretical innovations. The second part of our country, mainly introduced the private enterprise of the concept, classification and development process and characteristics as well as from the enterprise internal culture and external environment in two aspects summarizes the characteristics of China’s private enterprise culture. The third part, points out that the development of private enterprises in China at present the important problems existing in the process of enterprise culture is lacking, and summarizes the reasons causing the problems, and the negative effects. The fourth part, introduced in the United States and Japan, as a representative of the developed countries the situation and characteristics of enterprise culture, on the basis of briefly summarizes the Japanese enterprise culture on Chinese private enterprise culture construction enlightenment. The fifth part, in view of the above mentioned reasons caused by the absence of enterprise culture, and puts forward the corresponding measures, make private enterprises can continuous, healthy development.Base
