教学目标:
1. 知识目标:学习单词spring, summer, autumn, winter, warm, hot, cool, cold, sunny, windy, cloudy, rainy和句型What’s the weather like…Where will you go…? What will you do…?
2. 能力目标:能用本课句型谈论天气和季节的话题,交流自己在各个季节爱做的事情。
3. 情感目标:激发学生对用英语表达自己思想和交流自己爱好的兴趣,了解中外有关天气表达法的异同。
4. 发展目标:在课文学习中培养学生对篇章的阅读和理解能力。能分小组表演课文或自编对话。

一. Warming up
1. Duty Report
Pupil: Hello, every one! I’m on duty today. Today is sunny. There are sixty students in our class. Nobody is absent today.
Teacher: Thank you. I’m glad you are all here. Well done, my dear child! Please go back to your seat.
2. 欣赏歌曲“The four seasons”.
【设计意图】通过值日报告,训练学生的口语能力,培养孩子开口说英语的习惯和胆量。英语歌曲,帮助组织课堂教学,使学生尽快融入英语学习的氛围,同时引入本科内容。
3. 出示标题,学词season,读题
4. T: How many seasons are there in a year? What are they?
观看多媒体动画,引出表示四季的单词:spring, summer, autumn and winter.
5. T: Look around our school! The trees have new leaves, the grass id tuning green, and the flowers are blooming. So spring is coming.
【设计意图】利用多媒体及其图片和动画,以及观察我们身边环境的方式,激发了学生的学习兴趣,同时也降低了新知识的难度。
二. Presentation
1. T: We all live in Chongqing. There are four seasons in Chongqing too. Le
t’s talk about the best season in Chongqing. People can do different things in different seasons. Where will you go and what will you do?

2. T: Do you want to know my opinion? Let me tell you. I think spring is the best season in Chongqing. The weather is getting warm and warm, sometimes it’s rainy. The rain in spring is drizzle. People like to go to parks and go climbing while it’s sunny and warm. Children can fly the kites in spring.
